Our next step was to convince our business partner, Jeff, that we were onto something. We handed him a test burger and with one bite he was sold – “We’re gonna be HUGE!”
Well, it would seem our five point list was exactly what Melbourne was waiting for. I remember thinking to myself that we may have started something big, and big it has become. We have grown from a cult burger brand to multi-store proposition, which I now proudly proclaim is a robust business model and kick-arse brand poised for serious growth.
As we have mastered new terrain, we have expanded our offering. From milkshakes flavours that hit home runs with the masses to delicious meat-free patties that won the hearts of vegetarians, our dedication to producing our own homemade recipes has made us stand out from the rest. Plus, with a commitment to best practice, working with ethical farmers and sourcing free-range chicken and eggs, our burgers are a choice to feel good about.
Huxtaburger is a backed by three hospitality legends who have been in the Melbourne food scene for the past 20 years and are respected amongst industry pros. We will keep banging our drum as we navigate new territory in the Melbourne food scene and achieve our new goal – to share our delicious burgers with as many people lucky enough to get their hands on them. We’re taking Huxtaburger to the people and it’s going to be one hell of a ride.
