Chief Executive Officer
Gary Williams has been helping South Australians save money for over 25 years. After entering the Finance and Investment Industry in 1987 as the State Manager of Yorke Financial Services, Gary saw an opportunity and launched out on his own. This was the beginning of Assured Finance (Aust.) in 1988, which eventually led him to begin Assured Home Loans in 1994.
In 1994 with the demand for home loan brokers becoming evident, Gary shifted the company’s focus to specialise in home loans only. He also invited other Shareholders into the company to build on its strength and expertise, which birthed the now well-known SA company and brand, Assured Home Loans Pty Ltd.
Over the past 28 years, Gary has been the spokesperson and face of Assured. As a qualified Land Agent and member of theProperty Investment Professionals of Australia, Gary has been instrumental in building Assured into a household name. For this reason, Gary is the key to taking the company to another level with a national expansion program.

Chief Operating Officer
Angela has been part of the Assured Group since 1992. She is a co-founding shareholder of Assured Financial Wellness, Assured Financial Solutions, and Assured Property Group. Angela has over 24 years experience with Assured, which has allowed her to be involved in all facets of the business. She possesses a wealth of knowledge in all things finance and property investment.
Angela joined the Retail Department in 1998. It was in this role that she established a sound lending knowledge and a real understanding of the needs of Assured clients. Recognising the need to become an integrated service provider, Angela developed Assured’s Mortgage Origination Department and remained as Credit Manager for over 3 years. This department allowed Assured to offer its own products to clients.
With the company rapidly gaining momentum, Angela was appointed as General Manager in 2002.She ensured the ‘heart’ of the CEO was followed and the overall operations of the company ran smoothly. After 8 years as General Manager, an opportunity arose for Angela to embrace a creative change and capitalise on her passion for web marketing and development. She adopted the role of Director of Online Marketing.
Now the Chief Operating Officer of the Assured Group of Companies, Angela is intimately involved in all aspects of the business, particularly growth areas. Angela is also an experienced property investor, fully qualified real estate agent, and a QPIA® (Qualified property Investment Advisor) with the Property Investment Professionals of Australia.

Chief Financial Officer
Jacquie joined Assured Home Loans Pty Ltd in 1997 in the administration and financial areas of the business. She is also a co-founding shareholder of Assured Financial Solutions, Assured Property Group, and Assured Financial Wellness Pty Ltd.
Jacquie’s natural talent for accounting and budgeting makes her an invaluable member of the team, as she works in close collaboration with Gary and Angela to ensure the business practices are kept at the optimal performance so that Assured’s clients receive the very best experience.
Jacquie is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial activities and operations. This includes helping the business address short-term needs and day-to-day analysis, in addition to long-term ones, such as assessing financial risks and opportunities. Jacquie’s role of CFO is to keep the company on solid footing moving forward. Jacquie has developed a passion for educating and helping people protect their most valuable asset; themselves and their income.

Tara has been with Assured Home Loans Pty Ltd since 2007. She joined as a member of the Customer Service Team, assisting with the management of mortgage clients. Her passion and dedication shone through, and she quickly became Team Leader of the Customer Service Team.
In 2010 Tara moved to the Credit Team and built on her knowledge of lending and the front end of client experience. During this period Tara sought to up-skill, and completed a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking. Tara’s skill and understanding of the business saw her move into supporting the General Manager until 2013 when she was appointed Operations manager of Assured.
Tara is a senior member of the team and intimately involved in developing the franchise system. As the Responsible Manager on the Australian Credit Licence for Assured Home Loans, Tara’s involvement in Assured Financial Wellness will focus on compliance.

Head of Assured Property Group
Dino has a wealth of experience and knowledge in overseeing and building a business in a highly compliant environment. Prior to joining Assured, Dino was the CEO and Approved Provider of both North Adelaide and Woodville Nursing Homes Pty Ltd between 2001 and 2015, assisting senior South Australians and their families transition to residential care.
In 2016 Dino joined the Assured group as a home loan broker with Assured Home Loans. His passion and belief in the company quickly developed and he soon sought the opportunity to become involved as a shareholder of the group. Dino is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and currently sits on the Azzurri Club Limited Board.
Dino is a member of the management board and is using his knowledge in property investments in his role as Head of Property Investment.

We’re ideally looking for people aged 40+ that have a net worth of at least $500, 000. You will have a minimum 2 years experience in mortgage broking, and possess the qualifications to match. You’ll be credible in your field, and also carry the appropriate state license for previous work. You must be a permanent resident of Australia, fluent in the English language and have a clear criminal record.
